Rejected petition Hold a referendum for London to leave the UK and join the EU

Given that most London boroughs have voted to remain in the EU, it seems reasonable for Londoners - around 8.7 million (already larger than Scotland and Wales combined) - to be given an opportunity to vote to join the EU and leave the UK.
