Rejected petition Tax Payer should not have to foot the bill for crime and damage caused in the riots

I am a Tax Payer myself, I want the government, not to ask the Tax Payer to pay the debt, for the crimes and damages caused in the riots, we shouldn't have to foot the bill. All the people involved in the riots, should have their benefits stopped, and made to get jobs. Don't give the rioters bail, and no early release from jail.
