Rejected petition reduce MP's holidays

I call upon the government to subject MP's to the same leave/holiday entitlement rules and benefits as other public servants such as local authority employees in Hertfordshire.The country would be better served if MP's forgo their 3 month summer recess to address the country's huge financial and social problems.Other services and businesses restrict employees to 2 weeks leave at one time to ensure continuity of service to the public.
