The CSA was set up to track down mainly fathers that would not pay towards their child/s upbringing, make them do this, instead of harrassing fathers that are paying their fair share towards their kids upkeep they should only be involved if payments stop or if one parent asks for them to be involved due to the other parent not being civil enough to agree payment/s or payment method/s
