I want our basic human rights adhered to.
If I want to paint a wall I shouldn't have to ask someone and get an approved choice of colour. We'll paint it back when we leave!
I shouldn't be told I can't have pets or children when living here, who are you to tell me I can't have kids?
How much damage can they do, and if any caused it'll be our responsibility to repair.
Inspection annually not quaterly, what can happen in 3 months?

Please help get our rights to the same level as a home owner, just because we rent doesn't mean it's not our home!
