I want the government to permit cameras to televise all court proceedings if the presiding judge/magistrates deem it appropriate.
Retrictions on broadcasts could be made until all appeals have been exhausted.
The wider British public are currently unable to observe their justice system in action and are forced to rely on second-hand accounts of proceedings in the mainstream media.
Let justice be seen by ALL.
