Rejected petition Leave Campaign should honour claims that £350m a week to go to NHS.

The leave campaign largely focused upon a claim that £350m a week could be spent on NHS instead of EU.
There have already been attempts to disengage from this.
This pledge must be honoured, or they must admit they heinously lied to the general public, and call for a 2nd referendum.
