Rejected petition Second EU Referendum to happen due to the Leave Campaign lying about NHS pledge

This petition is calling for a second referendum on the EU vote due to the Leave Campaign making a false promise to invest the £350 million paid monthly to the EU into the NHS which I believe has angered many Leave voters as that was one of the main reasons for voting for the campaign.
