We request that Armed Forces Day is made an official public holiday. A holiday to commemorate the freedoms given to us by the millions of British and Commonwealth soldiers who have died on battlefields across the world, and continue to put their lives on the line when called upon.
Australia and New Zealand's ANZAC day is a public holiday, our soldiers deserve that same respect of at least one free day of celebration and remembrance
