Petition Get better broadband speeds in SE16.

I live in London (SE16) and have very low broadband speeds that aren't acceptable. At the moment I can get up to 2.6mbps (download) and 0.4mbps (upload). Living in the middle of London, you would expect to get fibre optic lines or have at least 10mbps.

We keep being told that we will get better speeds soon. "Soon" seems to never happen as I've been hoping for better speeds since 2012.
