A lesson to be learned following the recent riots/looting sprees.
There is now a proven need for those who have 'finished school' with no qualifications, plus a very low standard of education to return to school. along with their parent/s.
They must all be taught not only 'the three R's,but also the rudiments of becoming socially integrated.
If they choose not to attend these lessons there are ways of 'inducing' their attendance.
