Rejected petition Make General Election maifesto pledges legally binding. Make politics honest.

I'm sure we have all seen politicians stand on a platform of xyz only to forget that pledge once they have been elected to office. I suggest making election manifestos legally binding contracts with the electorate. This would push politicians to only campaign on feasible policies.
