Rejected petition Call a general election, amidst the disparity of voters in the United Kingdom.

With recent results from both the EU referendum and the previous general election, it is clear that the voters in the United Kingdom are widely varied on these important issues.

Following this, I believe that a re-election can give a true representation of what the people of United Kingdom want.

More details

The results of the general election have shown us that only 24.3 per cent of the United Kingdom voted for the conservative party.

There are many things wrong with this as 3/4 of the population were deemed irrelevant due to the unjust voting system that we have in place, which is known as; first-past-the-post (problematic system in it's entirety).

The EU referendum has shown a trend in the division of this countries voters with remain at a total of 48.1% and leave with a figure of 51.9%.
