Rejected petition Once Government Debt is cleared, we should put out a law that no other government can put the UK in debt again

We should pass a law that will make's sure, once the UK government debt is cleared; no government is allowed to run this country into debt again. We are now clearing up a mess created by poor judgment and my fear is once we clear the debt, a government will come in and SPEND SPEND SPEND.....or maybe cap the debt level....
