Rejected petition To prevent or reverse banks from charging key/basic account holders a charge for using competitors atm machines

Due to recent reports that Royal Bank of Scotland announcing that its intending to charge key/basic account holders if they use a competitor Cash machines. I would ask the government to step in a ask the RBS to reverse this decision and also ask the government to prevent any other bank from following suit.
