Rejected petition Give all EU Citizens currently residing in the UK automatic Permenant Residence

With the UK voting for Brexit there are a large number of EU citizens living in the UK who's future is now uncertain.

These people are friends, family, colleagues, partners, neighbours. Let us do something to secure their future in the UK, and not do them a terrible wrong, as a by blow of brexit
