Councils invest millions a year in bank accounts instead of using the money for the local communities and lowering the council tax.The head of the council's and staff are paid excessive amounts whilst those on benefit's or on a low wage are being victimised and taken to court just because they do not have any funds to pay for the ever increasing council tax. The councils should not be aloud to invest more than 2 million in banks. Any money after this that is not used to reduce the council tax should be handed to the NHS and the head of the council should be fired
