Petition Fire All Chief Quangocrats, Bureaucrats & Senior Civil Servants In the Top 5 Bands

As involuntary shareholders in HM Government we the undersigned believe that a major impediment to public sector reform comes from an incumbent elite positioned at the top of the civil service and quangocracy with a vested interest in maintaining the merry-go-round of Tory cuts and Labour spending splurges with no thought taken to address inherent problems or innovate.

They have had their chance to change: we therefore require parliament to enact powers currently available (such as the Civil Contingencies Act 2004) or to pass an act of parliament that immediately dismisses ALL senior civil servants, quangocrats and bureaucrats in the top echelons of government at some established level with no redundancy payout and no claim of unfair dismissal.
