Rejected petition London should be giving independence from the UK and to join the EU

We the undersigned call upon HM Government to give independence to London as we have chosen to remain in EU. The narrow lead for vote out campaign in the country is obtained by fraud info given by vote out campaign. As the support to leave EU is less than 60% there should be 2nd referendum.
