Going back for fifteen years or more, many claimants of Incapacity Benefit have never been kept informed by Job Centres of what help and support was available to assist them to find suitable employment.
Please instruct the management of the DWP to write to every person on Incapacity Benefit and ask them for ideas on how to improve the service they SHOULD be receiving from Job Centres.
