Rejected petition Adopt 'Jerusalem' as the English National anthem.

Scotland, Wales and NI have their own anthems which are played at sporting events etc. We should keep 'God Save The Queen' as the GB anthem, but England should have it's own seperate anthem as well. I suggest this should be 'Jerusalem'.
