Petition Destruction of DNA taken from Innocent People by police

The Supreme Court judgment handed down on 18the May 2011 was that the indiscrimnate sampling and record keeping of DNA and fingerprints from persons not charged and found Not Guilty (Case No : 2010/00186).
Despite this, ACPO and the police forces insist they will continue to do this.
Do you agree that the 1.2million such samples should be destroyed without delay; and be certified as such ?
