Rejected petition it isnt rocket science

I am 60, have spent 11 years banged up, for what now would be "petty crimes" most serious crime, burglary,
(I will stress, non residential property- ever) sentances- approved school, detention centre, borstal=3 and 1 prison sentence. my nephew was employed by the prison service, and I could not believe how"convicts" were treat nowadays, tv, music centres, female prison warders(we had bromide in our tea!) they can even ring "mammy" if they want,apparently, they are even issued condoms if they are requested? no wonder they are all laughing at the system. until it becomes a deterrant
again things will only get worse, the powers that be are obveously more concerned about "human rights" and the nanny state, they should be social workers.
let old school prisoners advise on prison regime, the laughing would stop within a year or two.
