We petition that the new QE class carrier (able to carry around 50 aircraft) should have the new electromagnetic catapult launched system and state-of-art IT & weapon systems at the time of launch (around 2019), as well able to launch adapted sea launched Typhoon Eurofighters, & dromes. The second QE class aircraft carrier, HMS Prince of Wales, need not be permanently mothballed but go into service as the need requires for periods of time depending on circumstances.
