Too many scammers can get away with ripping off genuine sellers through the 'disputes' service offered by paypal, as paypal always find in favour of the buyer regardless of any or lack of evidence. I want the goverment to set up a regulating body to make sure Paypal and Ebay and other such companies give a fair hearing to buyers and sellers alike, rather than pursue the most profit making decision.
