I please urge the public to sign a petition for all the 24/7 live in carers and Community Carers to be paid at least the minimum wage. This includes travel times to Service users homes and petrol for Communuty Carers and stanby time for 24/7 carers who are physically working or on standby in the house with only 2 hours off in 24 hours. The rates work out on average between £2-£3 gross.
