After all we have no rites or protection and need help. We're wide open to allegations and abuse from Service Users and everybody and get no back up or support.We do a very valuable job in Society,get no recognition for it either, earn about half the minimum wage or less and often exhausted due to long hours. I urge the public to sign this petition to help us as we're being neglected. Many thanks.
