Rejected petition EU Referendum re-run including 16/17 year olds, like in Scottish Referendum.

In the Scottish Referendum, 16 and 17 year-olds were allowed to vote on the future of their country. In the EU Referendum their voices, and those of the rest of the UK's youth, were silenced. It's their future. This is not democracy and the referendum must be re-held with their votes counted.
