Get rid of the all encompassing opt-out of the 48 hour week that see's people having to sign it along with their contract when they start their job or actually give them some protection against this abuse in relation to employers forcing call out on their employee's at little or no notice in trades that bear no significance to a need for continual service other than the employer says the customer wants it and this is the cheapest way to do it.
A tribunal after being pushed out is NO protection.
