Rejected petition Introduce proportional voting system and elected second chamber.

I'm devastated both by the EU referendum result, and by the opinions voiced by those on either side against the other. Rather than call for a second referendum, make a difference by ensuring that all people's voices are heard through a system of proportional representation. This will unite us.
