Petition Lower the voting age in referendums to 15 and elections to 16.

After the EU referendum I felt powerless to say my opinion because I am too young to vote. However many people at my school have a very large knowledge and definitely would've voted if they had the chance too. The people that these referendums impact the most aren't allowed to put forward their say.
