Rejected petition To declare the referendum invalid in view of the 15 year rule on living abroad

Many thousands of UK resident abroad were disenfranchised from the referendum by virtue of the rule disallowing them a vote if they have lived abroad for 15 years or more. The leave vote was just over 1 million more than the remain vote and over 1 million Brits were denied the chance to vote;
