Rejected petition Give all 16 and 17 year olds the vote for all major UK referendums

In the recent UK European union referendum 16 and 17 year olds were not eligible to vote, unlike in the Scottish referendum. 16 and 17 year olds deserve a say in the future they are going to have to live.
