Rejected petition Stop a 2nd referendum vote taking place

Referendum took place 23rd June 2016 resulting in the UK to leave EU. Now a petition has started to have another referendum which would be against the majority of British citizens who already voted out and succeeded. Are they going to keep having them until the remains win???
