Rejected petition No benefits until 1 year in work or 1 year National service

No one should recieve benefits ( job seekers, housing emplyement or of any other kind) from the uk unless they have either spent at least one year in paid employement paying NI and tax as required or if unable to get employment 1 years national service ( military ) or a civilian equivalent.
This would encourage all to get work wether national or immigrant and help establish all in a society and culture of work.
