Rejected petition make it law to wear cycle helmets

It should be made law to wear cycle helmets as it could save a persons life. you hear such stories on the news of cyclists being killed due to wearing no helmets so therfore it should be law and if people dont abide by it there should be a fine of £70 put in place or in some cases the person should be took to court.
