There is no incentive for peoplee to toe the line, if we can put people in prison to make a statement about behaving themselves when a riot happens then why cant we adjust the sentencing guidelines and keep sentencing tough to ensure it doesnt happen daily.

If you do the crime then you should do the time, we have to make people think twice about breaking the law. it has to be financially and morally not worth it.

lets actually get tough on sentencing rather than just promising to do it
