Rejected petition If the EU reforms, can we have a referendum on membership of that reformed EU.

If the EU reforms to address the deficiencies widely recognised in the current structure to address accountability and other democratic issues, can we have a referendum on membership of that version as it would be substantially different to that we voted to leave on the 23rd June
