Rejected petition 16 and 17 year olds to be able to vote in all elections and referendums.

The EU referendum was decided as leave. Decided mainly by the elderly population. Most 16 and 17 year olds are smarter or at least better informed than the average voter over 60 due to the recent vigorous education changes making the youth of Britain smarter than ever. We deserve the vote.
