Petition Review sentances for crimes in England and Wales

I would like the government to review all sentence's that are given for crimes in England and Wales, as u can see below due to what happened in the riots we seen this, it also happened after the great train robbery as well.
e.g.How can u get 4yrs for writing on face " come and join a riot" yet only 18 months suspended for driving a car being drunk and killing some one.
If the government is going to make a stand then lets have the rules set every where in the country the same.

Lets end this nonsense that the punishment fits the crime at the time, lets for once set the line for the country so that judges and magistrates know were they stand.
