A training scheme should be undertaken before becoming an MP. One year should be spent living on a council estate, the first six months working in a minimum pay job, the second six months having care of a disabled person and dealing with their benefits claims. Aspiring MPs with this background are exempt. NO help from "connected" friends will be allowed - they will have to make their own way as do the people they aspire to govern.
