Rejected petition Parliament to stand by the results of the EU membership referendum

The people of Britain have voted in a legal and democratic referendum on the membership of the European Union. The result should be binding regardless of the opinion of the result. There should be no change in the rules of referendum to negate the result to suit the losers in the democratic vote.
