Rejected petition Give civil servants a fair pay rise especially those who are on old contracts

Within NOMS and the MOJ staff who refused to move over to new terms and conditions have not received a pay rise whilst those who did have received one. This is unfair and is blackmail to all civil servants who refuse and can not afford to move to new terms & conditions due to how much they will lose
