The war on drugs has lost. Legalize it tax it and watch us run out of the recession. Even if we had to buy a license to smoke, the majority of people smoke or have smoked cannabis, most prime ministers have admitted to smoking it if it was that bad surely they wouldn't have been able to go on and run this country. Legalize it or decriminalize it allow personal amounts.
