Petition Referendum on full access to EU single market before invoking Article 50.

Whilst respecting the EU Referendum result the Leave Campaign failed to definitively address with the electorate the issue of access to the single market. This petition seeks to ensure that full access is negotiated before Article 50 is invoked. If this cannot be achieved a referendum must be held.
