Rejected petition undertake electoral reform and bring in proportional representation

Over 30 million voted in the eu referendum mainly because they believed their vote would count. This is a far higher percentage of the population than will vote in a general election, as they feel their vote is lost, especially in traditional party strongholds. Make all our votes count
