Rejected petition To increase tuition fees in Scotland to match England

Currently Scotland are set to keep its Tuition fees for Universities Fees in 2012 where south of the boarder have to pay upto £9000 a year.

So I would like the government to force Scotland to rise the limit from £0 to £9000 for its citizens. As the English tax-payer shouldn't be paying for Scottish Student Fees when we have to pay for our own.
