Closed Drop the 99 years on PNC for a Simple Caution.

Cautions are not covered by the ROA 1974 and are NOT automatically deleted after 5 years which means for the rest of your life (ie 99 years) there is a possibility you will be judged for a simple caution. A simple caution will show up on a criminal records bureaux check. The last government and present government wants your DNA and your fingerprints, they want to Police this country beyond your human rights. People without convictions are considered as convicts for life.
