Rejected petition A second referendum to be offered on EU membership after exit terms are known

The EU referendum was based on staying in or a leap in the dark. The only true democratic choice of the people can be given if they are clear on the facts of staying in or leaving. There should be a second referendum when the terms of leaving have a been negotiated. The electorate will be enabled.
