Make Banks lend to small businesses and to householders for mortgages. We need to stimulate the economy and this is the best way to do it Mr Cameron. The Banks are holding us back by NOT LENDING many businesses are becoming insolvent by the Banks resistance to lend. The taxpayers own two of these banks MAKE THEM LEND
